The ICID Plus 125mm 90 degree inspection bend is designed to provide a smooth change of direction within a connecting flue pipe system. It features a removable cover plate positioned on the central section, allowing easy access for inspection, servicing, and routine cleaning.

This component is part of the ICID Plus twin wall flue system, which is engineered with advanced corrosion resistant materials. It includes a laser welded 316L stainless steel inner liner and a durable stainless steel outer casing for long term performance.

The flue is insulated with 25mm of high density rockwool to help maintain flue gas temperatures, improve overall efficiency, and reduce condensation. All components connect using a secure twist lock bayonet jointing system and are reinforced with a locking band to ensure a reliable and stable installation. A rubber joint seal is also included, making the system suitable for use with condensing and biomass appliances.

The ICID Plus twin wall insulated chimney system is suitable for use with both open and closed stoves operating at temperatures up to 450°C. The load bearing outer casing allows the inner liner to expand independently, accommodating thermal expansion at every joint and improving the durability of the system.

It is ideal for maintaining efficient flue gas flow while ensuring compatibility with the wider ICID Plus chimney system.
