The Purevision BPV8 8.5kW Multi-Fuel Stove is the largest stove in the Purevision range, combining a substantial heat output with contemporary styling and an impressive view of the fire. Designed for larger rooms and open-plan living spaces, the BPV8 features a large ceramic glass window that provides an excellent view of the flames.

With a declared nominal output of 8.5kW and an operating range of approximately 4.9kW to 10kW, the BPV8 is designed to provide powerful and controllable heat. Its large firebox also accommodates substantial logs of up to approximately 400 to 650mm, depending on loading orientation.

The Purevision BPV8 incorporates Charlton & Jenrick’s patented tertiary air-profiling system, helping to promote clean combustion and high efficiency. A powerful airwash system helps keep the large glass window clearer, while the unique Active Baffle system is designed to provide faster start-up and make refuelling easier.

As a fully multi-fuel stove, the BPV8 is suitable for burning wood and approved solid fuels. It features a cast iron grate with rotary riddling, while the stove’s convection technology helps reduce heat loss through the sides of the appliance and distribute warmth effectively around the room.

The BPV8 is SIA Ecodesign certified and DEFRA exempt, making it suitable for burning wood in designated smoke control areas. It is also clearSkies certified, combining modern clean-burning technology with a high level of heating performance.

The Purevision BPV8 can be installed freestanding or combined with a selection of dedicated accessories to alter its height and appearance. Optional stands and log stores include an 80mm stand, 200mm short log store and 400mm midi log store, providing flexibility for different fireplace designs and room layouts.

An optional Dedicated External Air System is also available, allowing combustion air to be supplied directly from outside. This can be particularly useful in modern, well-insulated properties where additional ventilation requirements need to be considered.
