Delivery of Small Items

Our parcel couriers deliver Monday to Friday between 8am and 8pm.
Small items are sent by courier. Please check your order as soon as it arrives. Any damages must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Pallet Delivery of Large Items

Delivery hours are Monday to Friday between 8am and 5pm.
Large or heavy items may be delivered on a pallet. Due to insurance rules, drivers cannot:

  • Move pallets up or down steps
  • Move pallets across loose surfaces or gravel
  • Move pallets into or through your property
  • Move pallets up steep inclines
  • Remove items from the pallet
  • Take the pallet away


In most cases delivery will be kerbside only. Please ensure suitable people are available to move heavy goods on the day.

Access issues such as:

  • Parking restrictions
  • Narrow driveways
  • Vehicle size restrictions
  • Limited external access to the property


can prevent a standard delivery. These may require an alternative delivery method which can carry an additional charge.

You can add delivery notes at checkout to help the driver. Delivery is free on orders above £250 to mainland UK. Highlands, islands and Northern Ireland carry a surcharge, calculated at checkout. If you are outside mainland UK, please contact us for a delivery quote.

Delivery Timescales and Stock Availability

Most orders are dispatched from our own warehouse, though some items may be delivered directly by the manufacturer.
Standard delivery is usually 3 to 5 working days. Bespoke items or out of stock products may take longer. If you have specific delivery requirements, please call 01603 605086.

If you need us to hold an item because you are not ready for delivery, please mention this in the checkout comments or call us before placing your order.

Refused or Missed Deliveries

If delivery is refused and the goods return to us because there was not enough manpower to accept the delivery, any refund will be minus the return delivery fee of £100.
If you miss a pallet delivery on your booked day, a re delivery charge may apply.
For smaller courier deliveries, if you are unavailable the courier will leave a card explaining how to rearrange delivery.

Please note: The carrier will be relieved of its delivery obligations if performance is prevented by customer failure, fire, severe weather, industrial disputes, labour shortages or any other cause outside the carrier’s reasonable control.
