At its core, the stove burns wood pellets—a renewable, clean-burning biomass fuel made from recycled wood or short rotation coppice—producing minimal smoke and helping to reduce your carbon footprint.
Using the Lucia Maiolica is intuitive and flexible. It comes with an IR remote control that allows you to switch the unit on and off, adjust the temperature, and set timers with ease. The touch screen display offers all the same controls and more, such as setting the weekly chronothermostat, and is backlit to clearly show system status and highlight any alerts. For added convenience, the display can connect to your home Wi-Fi network, enabling full remote control via the Totalcontrol 2.0 app, available for both iOS and Android devices.
Designed with everyday use in mind, the stove also features a manual heat exchanger cleaning system, a removable cast iron grate, and an overheating thermostat to maintain safe operation. Its large 27kg pellet hopper ensures extended heating sessions without frequent refills, while technologies like Auto Clean Checkup (ACC), Room Temperature Control (RTC), Electronic Air Control (EAC) and Pellet Level Control (PLC) work together to ensure smooth and efficient performance.
