Schiedel ” (150mm) Internal Diameter ICID Plus 135 Degree Wall Sleeve – Non-Combustible Walls Up To 1000mm Thick
The ICID Plus 150mm 135 degree wall sleeve is made from galvanised steel and is designed for safely passing a flue through a non-combustible wall.
This wall sleeve is part of the ICID Plus twin wall flue system, which features a laser welded 316L stainless steel inner liner and a stainless steel casing for advanced corrosion resistance. It is insulated with 25mm of high density rockwool to maintain flue gas temperature, improve efficiency, and reduce condensation.
Components are connected using a twist lock bayonet jointing system and secured with a locking band. A rubber joint seal makes the sleeve suitable for condensing and biomass appliances.
The ICID Plus twin wall insulated chimney system is suitable for open and closed stoves operating at temperatures up to 450°C. The load bearing outer casing allows the inner liner to expand independently, accommodating thermal expansion at every joint and ensuring long term reliability.
