The Ecostove Non Combustible York Large Fascia Beam combines the impressive character of a traditional reclaimed timber beam with the practical benefits of modern non-combustible construction. Inspired by a historic rafter, the York features highly detailed timber characteristics that create a distinctive and authentic fireplace feature above a wood burning or multi-fuel stove.

Manufactured from a high-density mineral composite, the York Large Fascia Beam is non-combustible and will not ignite when exposed to heat and flames. This fire-resistant construction allows Ecostove beams to be positioned closer to a stove than conventional timber beams, subject to the required installation clearances and the manufacturer’s instructions.

The York has been moulded from an original timber beam to capture its natural irregularities and unique character. The result is a highly realistic finish featuring individual grain patterns and timber details. Each beam is hand-painted using a water-based paint system, meaning the exact appearance and character can vary between individual products.

The York Large Fascia Beam is available in 48″ and 54″ lengths and a choice of Pale Oak, Mid Oak, Burnt Oak, Weathered Oak and Honey Oak finishes. Its substantial 101mm wide x 190mm high profile gives it a strong presence without the full depth of a traditional deep beam.

Easy-Fix Installation System

The Easy-Fix bracket system is included as standard, providing a secure and practical method of installing the beam. The substantial bracket is supplied with plugs and screws and is designed to simplify the fitting of heavier beams.

Once the beam is positioned, it is secured from underneath using an Allen key. The Easy-Fix system also allows the beam to be removed more easily when required, making future redecoration and maintenance more straightforward.
